How to become a member

To become a member of the M.F.V. Panacea, you need to follow these instructions:

  1. Fill out the required data in the registration form and pay the membership fee;

  2. Wait for the confirmation of your registration as a member;

  3. Enroll for the Introduction!

1. Registration form and payment

Via the registration form, you give us the data we need for your registration. When you filled it out correctly, click 'send' and you will be directed to the webpage for payment. The costs for membership at the M.F.V. Panacea are €15 per year, and you pay for the duration of your study at once. This is €90,- for regular first year medical students. Are you a pre-master student? Then visit this page. When you have payed the membership fee, we will receive your registration data.

Some activities organized by M.F.V. Panacea will be charged to your bank account after registration. This generally only applies to events with a low entrance fee, such as parties, but occasionally also to activities for which the costs have not yet been finalized. To enable us to collect such payments automatically, you must give your consent for direct debit. Unfortunately, without giving consent for direct debit, it is not possible to register for these activities.

2. Confirmation

After we received your registration, we have to check everything. Because of the number of new members, this could take some time. That is why it can take a couple of days before you receive a confirmation of the registration as a member of the M.F.V. Panacea. You will receive this confirmation via e-mail. 

3. Introduction and other activities

When you have received the conformation, you are a member of the M.F.V. Panacea, which means you can log in at the website and enroll for activities! Especially for the introduction, don't miss it! You are now able to buy your study books and lab coat. Also, you can now view the photos of previous events.
