The bachelor of medicine is structured in different educational units. The general knowledge you are required to have as a doctor is covered in the education unit Causes of Diseases. Being a doctor also requires a number of competencies that are taught in Competency Education, consisting of the learning lines Professional Development, Healthy Ageing, Scientific Education and Medical Consultation. Finally, four times a year you will take the Progress Test to keep track of what knowledge you already have.
After being admitted to the Bachelor's program in Medicine, all students are divided into four groups called learning communities. Tutor groups and Group meetings are formed with students from your learning community.
